I can’t recommend 911 Restoration highly enough!! Dustan and his team were absolutely amazing to work with and did an outstanding job! They came to my rescue after another local company completely botched the job, uncovering multiple issues the previous guy had missed. From start to finish, they were thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They quickly assessed the situation and got to work immediately!

Working with Trystan and the rest of the crew was a breeze, they were all polite, hardworking, organized, and flexible with my schedule. My interactions with 911 Restoration and Dustan were extremely helpful! He was very responsive, and provided invaluable guidance when our house was badly damaged in a storm. He and his staff were pleasant and kind throughout our conversations! He helped make connections with others in the area because we have some highly specific needs. Working with 911 Restoration of Central Missouri made a horrible situation turn out wonderful for us.  Dustan, Tristan, and Blake are all professional, caring men, displaying their work skills while also displaying their kindness and compassion to us during a very trying time in our home.
As owner/operator, Dustan went above and beyond in assessing, reassessing at each phase, and then meeting the needs of our particular home.  We were given the time to ask questions (after questions after questions) until we felt well-informed and satisfied that our decisions for moving forward were the best decisions for us.
As the woman of the home, I never once felt uncomfortable around any of the 3 gentlemen who entered and worked on our home.  This team is respectful and well-mannered and proved to be a delight to interact with...
And their work was thorough and completed to our full satisfaction.

First of all, I am a single woman who lives alone, so I am extra vigilant about who I let into my home. With that being said, Dustan and his crew were absolutely amazing!! Dustan called me almost immediately after I contacted them about my basement flooding, and he was able to very clearly explain to me the process, the pricing software they use (with the caveat that they couldn’t know the total cost until they started the water mitigation demo process), and the timeline. Since it was late in the day, I opted to not pay the after-hours cost, but they were out the very next morning assessing the damage and calculating the approximate cost. Once they had a better picture of the damage, Dustan answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me understand the importance of the various things that needed to be done to get the job done properly and not have to worry about mold or mildew in the future. This involved removing quite a bit of drywall and carpet and deconstructing the bathroom before they set up the dehumidifiers and fans. The demo work was as beautiful as it could have been. The drywall removed was cut in straight lines, so it would be easy to repair. They came every day to check on the progress and the moisture levels to ensure I didn’t have to pay for any extra days of equipment that weren’t necessary. Because I was going to be out of town for most of that time, I set a temporary password on my garage door for them to use and all went very smoothly. Like I said, I am a single woman who lives alone…it is a BIG deal to have men coming in and out of my house for days on end, whether I am there or not. I never once felt unsafe with any of Dustan’s team and I am SO thankful I reached out to them to address the water damage. Pipe burst in the wall and flooded under the floor as my first major disaster since owning my home. The guys were here very quickly. They patiently walked me through what to expect going forward as they worked diligently. Dustan managed the project well, and I was able to get a new floor with minimum hassle. I will definitely be calling them again should the need ever arise.
